We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Household Recycling Centre Assistant Team Leader in the Thriplow area. This is a full time 40 hour position, 3 months temporary to permanent role for the right person. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support day-to-day operations of the site team. Deliver excellent customer service to all site visitors. Guide customers to the correct disposal bays and assist where needed. Uphold and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and order across the facility. What Were Looking For: Experience in a supervisory or team leadership role Strong communication and people management skills Ability to work outdoors and on your feet in a hands-on environment A proactive attitude and commitment to excellent service Contract Details: Temporary for 3 months, with a clear pathway to a Permanent role upon successful completion of training and performance reviews.
