About the role
The role holder will make a significant contribution to enhancing our marketing activity in Europe, allowing for considered end-to-end campaign work, plus logging / reporting on leads and evaluating multi‑channel campaign success. The impact of this will maximise the efficacy of campaigns, improving cut‑through and generating improved brand awareness and adoption of Cambridge programmes and qualifications.
You will assist in enabling us to deliver a higher‑quality programme of virtual and face‑to‑face events in Europe, ensuring we generate good return on event investments.
Responsibilities
* Manage multi‑channel marketing campaigns and support the implementation of marketing communications plans across all channels including digital (web, social media, e‑mail, advertising), print, PR, and events.
* Coordinate events, promote events, and develop event‑specific marketing activity (e.g., competitions and other engagement tools). Set and monitor success measures, set and report on KPIs, and calculate ROI.
* Travel to events in the territory as the marketing representative.
* Support the Senior Marketing Communication Manager Europe with EU Marketing Budget administration, including invoices and reporting of budget expenditure.

Qualifications
* Ideally, you hold a degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as marketing, PR, or business.
* Good time management skills and excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised with good attention to detail.
