We are seeking an Office Manager who will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the office while providing essential support to staff members. Key Responsibilities:
* Managing employee schedules and potential conflicts
* Helping establish and maintain office procedures
* Assisting senior management team when needed
* Interacting with clients and providing administrative support
* Record office expenditure and manage the budget
* Preparing and sending invoices to clients, and following up on payments
* Answering phones, directing inquiries, and handling email communication for the company
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant field
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in office software and technology
* Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
