Mastic Man
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Mastic Man in Halton, Buckinghamshire to join our team. You will be responsible for applying mastic, sealants, and adhesives to various surfaces ensuring a professional and high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply mastic, sealants, and adhesives efficiently and neatly according to project requirements.
- Prepare surfaces prior to application, ensuring cleanliness and suitability.
- Work closely with site supervisors and teams to coordinate tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure seals are properly applied and durable.
- Adhere to health and safety standards on site at all times.
- Report any issues or defects to site management promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mastic Man or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of mastic, sealants, and their appropriate use.
- Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail.
- Good physical fitness and manual dexterity.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to construction sites.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality is essential.
