Role Description
This is a term time only Chef Manager role located in a busy secondary school jn Evesham. The Chef Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily culinary operations, managing food preparation and cooking routines, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth service in accordance with health and safety guidelines. The role also includes supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and creating menus that align with client needs and budget requirements while maintaining high standards of culinary management.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
Experience in Food & Beverage management and knowledge of Food Quality standards
Proficiency in Culinary Management, including menu planning and inventory control
Effective leadership and team management abilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
Previous experience in catering or hospitality is advantageous
Formal culinary training or a related qualification is preferred
