West End | £30,000–£40,000 DOE | 5 days in the office | 8.30am–5.30pm

As the face of the firm, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, investors, guests and colleagues. This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, takes pride in delivering a calm and seamless front-of-house experience, and brings a strong work ethic to their day-to-day work. You’ll also have the opportunity to support the Assistant team during busy periods, offering great exposure to the wider business.
What you’ll be doing
• Providing a warm, professional front-of-house welcome
• Managing meeting rooms and ensuring they run smoothly throughout the day
• Answering and directing calls efficiently and courteously
