As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will lead experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to making a positive difference and providing a secure environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
* C&G 6189 Plumbing and domestic heating
* C&G 5962 certificate in Plumbing (Advanced craft)
* C&G 6019 Mechanical Engineering services (plumbing)
* C&G 6018 heating and ventilation installation
* C&G 6129 certificate in Plumbing
* C&G 214 Engineering systems maintenance
* C&G 6188 Heating and ventilating
* C&G 6088 certificate in heating and ventilating
* C&G 6032 the advanced craft certificate in plumbing
* EAL Diploma in Plumbing and Heating
* Minimum five years' experience, preferably in FM, secure, military, or healthcare sectors
* Experience with commercial or industrial heating, water, or building systems
* Knowledge of Water Supply Regulation and Legionella L8 requirements
* Strong Health & Safety knowledge
* Excellent organizational, time management, and people skills
* Risk management, compliance, planning, and project management skills
