Line Management
* Line Management responsibility of a small Administration team.
HR Administration
* Overall responsibility for HR Administration activities relating to UK and Belgium employees connected to their employee lifecycle.
* Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all new starters including the management of early career reviews and probationary discussions.
* Co-ordinate and assist in event planning, travel management and PMO activities.
* Provide low-level guidance and support to Team Leads when dealing with employee relations matters.
* Support with the collation of payroll submission data.
* Provide guidance and support to all employees with queries relating to company credit card / expenses, time entry system and the Company HRIS.
Office Management
* Support with collation of data to satisfy audit requirements, both internal and external.
* Primary contact for all office management activities i.e. maintenance, rental and compliance.
* Assist with the administration of all necessary visa / UK entrance documentation in accordance with government legislation.
Your Skills & Requirements
* Minimum of two years’ experience working in a business administration / executive assistant role
* Experience of working with executive Board members
* Strong IT skills with experience of managing, preparing and publishing digital information, documents, spreadsheets and presentations (Microsoft and Google applications)
* Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
* Experience of office management procedures and practices, including data protection legislation
* Hybrid working – remote based contract but office working / travel when required
