Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Financial Systems and Reporting Officer are:
* In conjunction with the FD, advise on current and future financial issues and projects.
* Ensure that financial policies comply with the requirements of the ESFA, Charities Commission, and Companies Law.
* Conduct regular internal audits of all financial systems, controls, and processes to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and minimal risk.
* Review banking approval limits and structures.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience working within an Education and Finance setting.
* Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Manage a high workload and prioritize effectively.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
