What we're looking for:
Essentials
* Graduate degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Polymer Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
* Solid background in materials testing
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels of an organisation
* Strong computer literacy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider R&D team
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
* Self-motivated with a proactive and driven approach
Desirable
* PhD in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Polymer Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
* Experience developing test methods
* Experience with statistical analysis
