What You'll Be Doing:
* Manage and underwrite a schemes portfolio, delivering exceptional service to broker partners while handling complex and referred cases
* Drive profitable growth by challenging conventions and executing strategic initiatives in collaboration with sector leads and senior leadership
* Take ownership of key broker relationships, ensuring market-leading service and identifying opportunities for expansion
* Shape underwriting strategy within the Professions sector, staying ahead of emerging risks and maintaining competitive positioning
What We're Looking For:
* Proven underwriting experience in schemes, delegated authority, or a similar role with strong decision-making ability in complex situations
* ACII qualified or actively working towards it, with a genuine interest in becoming a sector specialist
* Strong relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset and appetite for innovation
