đź“Ť Work Locations As this is a community-based role, you will be traveling between clients' homes, keeping you active and out in your local community. We proudly support clients across South Essex, primarily in Stanford-le-Hope, Corringham, South Ockendon, Basildon, Pitsea, and Langdon Hills. This branch also covers:
1. Thurrock Area: Grays, Tilbury, Chadwell St Mary, Orsett, East Tilbury & Linford, Aveley & Purfleet-on-Thames, and Chafford Hundred.
2. Basildon Area: Laindon, Billericay, Wickford, and West Horndon.
3. Castle Point & East: Benfleet (South Benfleet), Canvey Island, and Rayleigh.
4. Greater London Borders: Upminster and Rainham.
đźš— Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are required due to the geographical nature of the role.
⏰ Shift Patterns Designed for Real Life We know how important work-life balance is. Whether you need shifts that work around the school run, or you are looking for full-time consistency, we offer flexible patterns to suit your lifestyle:
5. Day shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
6. Evening shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Full-time, part-time, weekday, and weekend options available!)

Job Description
💙 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes, acting as a friendly face and a vital pillar of support. Your responsibilities will include:
7. đź’§ Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, and intimate support)
8. đź’Š Medication support
9. 🍲 Meal preparation and assistance
10. đź›’ Shopping and practical daily errands
11. 🧹 Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying)
12. đź’¬ Companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
🦸‍♀️ What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don’t need formal care experience! The skills you’ve gained from raising a family, caring for loved ones, or running a household are exactly what makes a brilliant Care Professional. Full, paid training is provided. We’re looking for:
