About the Service:
Female Support Worker
Pound Farms accommodation is set within the beautiful Ross - on - Wye countryside.
The service has extensive grounds and a large communal garden. We support 15 individuals, aged between 20 -60 with mild to moderate Learning Disabilities across two main buildings that are divided up into flats.
