The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. You will manage your own pipeline, maximise every opportunity, and consistently deliver strong results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing inbound enquiries (Carwow, AutoTrader, walk‑ins, and digital leads)
* Proactively generating new business through prospecting and referrals
* Qualifying customers and understanding their needs to present the right vehicle solution
* Booking and conducting appointments and test drives
* Structuring and presenting finance packages
* Maintaining accurate and disciplined use of CRM and diary management
* Delivering outstanding customer service to generate repeat business and referrals
* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales and profitability targets

Qualifications
* Proven skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with and assist customers
* Experience in Sales with a focus on achieving targets and closing deal
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
* Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Valid UK driving license
* Previous experience in an automotive sales environment is a plus
