HR Project Manager to join a global components distributor with specialist manufacturing abilities and market leader in producing essential components across various industries. This role will be pivotal in leading global change projects and transformation programmes.

* Demonstrated Functional Expertise.
* Technical, hands-on knowledge using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Consultative skills - capable of collaborating with focus groups to achieve mutually agreed-upon outcomes that align with project objectives.
* Proficiency in HR/Business Operational Excellence.
* The ability to swiftly establish credibility with key stakeholders.
* Possession of strong decision-making skills.
* Effective planning and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize effectively when facing high-pressure situations.
