About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Execution – Plan and execute marketing activity for new product launches, from concept to reporting.
* HubSpot Champion – Work across teams to manage CRM, automation, and agency partners to streamline our comms.
* Website Management – Maintain and update multiple websites, with a focus on content, SEO, and HubSpot integration.
* Email Marketing – Deliver impactful ad hoc and automated email campaigns with clear reporting.
* Content Creation – Produce high-quality, engaging assets (images, GIFs, videos) for use across digital platforms.
* Social Media & Paid Ads – Own LinkedIn and paid media strategies to boost visibility and generate leads.
* Webinars & Events – Lead the setup, promotion, and execution of webinars and support key events.
* Performance Reporting – Create weekly/monthly reports on leads, website performance, and campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in a B2B marketing role (ideally in tech, software, or services)
* Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns and lead generation
* HubSpot and Google Analytics knowledge a must; SEMrush experience a bonus
* Strong background in marketing automation and CRM integration
