Our client are specialists in their industry sector, they are now looking to recruit a HSE Lead on a permanent basis.
The Job youll do
1. Drive cultural change and behaviour, demonstrating best practice.
2. Improve the companies Safety, Health and Environmental procedures, standards and processes.
3. Maintain compliance against latest legislative criteria.
4. Ensure a zero accident / incident culture within Safety, Health and Environmental matters.
5. Embrace methods to reduce accidents / incidents leading to increased health in the team leading naturally to improved productivity.
6. Ensure international standards are embedded in our processes e.g. ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001.
7. Define Safety, Health and Environmental procedures in conjunction with operating staff
8. Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
9. Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports.
10. Review existing policies, ensuring that any changes/improvements are implemented.
