Job Description
Our expanding transport team in Harworth have an exciting opportunity for aDriver Debriefer to join their team on a full time permanent basis!
As a Driver Debriefer you willbe responsible for providinggeneral administration support to the Transport Department.
Salary:£29,500 per annum
Shift:4 on 4 off 06:00 - 18:00
Key Duties of aDriver De-Briefer include:
* Correctly debriefing drivers.
* Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly.
* Scanning and storing PODs using Culinas document management system.
* Preparing drivers wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information.
* Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required.
* Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries.
* Downloading drivers cards / tachographs.
* Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services.
* Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets.
* Departing & Completing of loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
* Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
* Ensure all trailers are tracked.
Qualifications
* Attention to detail / accuracy.
* Positive and adaptable attitude.
* Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
* Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
* Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
* Able to work as part of a team or individually.
