About the role
Connex Education is partnering with a SEND school in Brecon to recruit a dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant. While direct experience in special educational needs is not essential, a strong understanding of learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges is highly advantageous. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in mainstream education or those who have experience in care or support roles.

Person specification
* Aged 19 and over
* C or above in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
* Care / Support Worker Background
* DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
* EWC registered
