Testing & Inspection Client Support Administrator

£25-26K per annum.
General Description:
To arrange, schedule and manage electrical testing & inspection works in residential and communal properties using the company workflow system. Work tasks can include, but not limited to, scheduling testing & inspection appointments for engineers, booking appointments with residents/site staff to gain access to properties, uploading Asbestos reports onto works orders, day-to-day generic updating of spreadsheets and client portals.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism expected across our contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
1. Input jobs into the company workflow management system
2. Update job workflows on the management system
3. Book appointments with residents
4. Schedule appointments for engineers including re-scheduling appointments for priority jobs
5. Daily uploading of Asbestos Reports onto works orders on our scheduling system.
6. Basic understanding and interpretation of engineers technical notes.
7. Updating spreadsheets, overdue reports and client portals
8. Arrange parking for engineers (when required)
9. To deliver excellent customer service
10. To undertake any training provided by the company
11. To fully participate with performance improvement programmes, including appraisals
12. To liaise with office staff and supervisors to assist in the resolving of queries
13. To support any business change for the benefit of the company
14. Adhere to any KPI's set by the company
15. Any ad-hoc duties as reasonably instructed by your line manager or directors
