What You'll Do:
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 12 sales reps in the South East, nurturing their talent and maximizing their potential.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans, driving growth and exceeding targets within your territory.
* Build strong relationships with key clients and partners, fostering long-term collaborations.
* Coach and train your team on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
* Analyse data and performance metrics to optimize strategies and continuously improve results.
