We teach coding, robotics, game design, and digital literacy through after-school clubs, workshops, and holiday camps. Our mission is to make computing fun, creative, and accessible for every child while helping schools deliver engaging, high-quality STEM enrichment.
Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic After School Club Instructor to join our growing team in North London. You will lead fun and engaging tech sessions for children, introducing them to coding, robotics, and digital creativity.
You will plan and deliver activities that spark curiosity and confidence, making learning feel like play. One day you might help children code their first game, the next you could guide them through a robotics challenge or a digital art project.
This is a part-time, in-person role during after-school hours, with opportunities for weekend and holiday work.
What You'll Do
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate tech sessions in schools and community venues
• Create a positive, inclusive, and fun learning environment
• Prepare materials and adapt lesson plans when needed
• Support student progress and encourage teamwork and creativity
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and the ComputerXplorers team
What We're Looking For
• A genuine passion for working with children and technology
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Confidence leading small groups
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Teaching or childcare experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided
