A self-motivated and fully qualified motor vehicle mechanic/technician is required for a leading motorsport team. This company runs one of the most successful motorsport championships in the country and is well known for its on-track success. Candidates should be within 25 miles of Leek, Staffordshire.
Must have;
* Fully skilled mechanic/technician with a minimum of 4 years experience
* Full driving license (Trailer or HGV license a bonus)
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
Main tasks:
* To build and prepare racing cars to a very high standard
* Be responsible for the race car in the workshop and at events
* Collaborate with a race-winning team in the development of race cars
* Be involved in all aspects of building the race car
* The ability to work to high standards within very tight deadlines
