Must Haves
* Proven experience in IBA operations, ideally within Lloyds or the London Market
* Strong understanding of FCA, CASS, and regulatory compliance
* Team management and leadership experience
* Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Haves
* Experience with market-facing finance systems
* Track record of process improvements
* Ability to present reports and MI to senior management
* Support development of team members
Responsibilities
* Support Deputy Head of IBA with premium allocations, insurer settlements, and client accounting
* Lead team in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
* Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations
* Ensure internal controls are followed
* Prepare monthly reports for senior management
* Review and improve IBA procedures
* Coach and develop team members
