To support BRITE, we are seeking to recruit an Enterprise Manager who will play a key role within the Universitys Enterprise Team, assisting in the identification, development, and commercialisation of research assets and translational projects emerging from the BRITE programme. The postholder will work in close collaboration with academic teams, external partners and stakeholders to shape and implement effective commercialisation pathways, manage intellectual property strategies, and facilitate the transfer of University biologics innovations into the market. This is a unique opportunity to support a flagship regional initiative with national and international relevance in biologics innovation. The role will also contribute to embedding a culture of enterprise, innovation, and translational research practice across the University, supporting delivery against BRITEs programme objectives and impact goals. You should have an undergraduate level degree in a relevant life sciences, medical/healthcare or business discipline. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written with the ability to work successfully within a close-knit team. The post is available until 30th June 2028.
