What You'll Do:
Provide emotional and practical support tailored to each individual's care plan
Encourage and empower people to reach personal goals and live independently
Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration
Participate in meaningful activities like community events and relationship-building
Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Monitor and report changes in health or well being
Keep accurate and up-to-date care records
What You'll Need:
A kind, compassionate, and empathetic approach
Minimum 6 months of UK-based care or support work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A driver's license is desirable but not essential
Must be trained and able to administer medication
