You’ll own the entire delivery lifecycle, from pre-sale scoping through rollout and post-sale support, ensuring smooth integration of AI-powered solutions on clients’ on-premise infrastructure.

* Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects - including new product capabilities, client-specific requirements, and internal initiatives
* Coordinate timelines, resources, and priorities across engineering, product, QA, and commercial teams
* Act as the key point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, milestones, and feedback
* Implement structured planning and drive accountability to improve delivery efficiency and quality
* Lead responses to infosec questionnaires and champion automation using generative AI tools
* Embed AI-native workflows to streamline processes and reduce operational overhead
About You
* 5-8 years of experience in technical delivery, software project coordination, or engineering program management roles
* Mandatory background in software development or DevOps (at least 2-3 years earlier in your career) - you understand the development lifecycle, tools, and mindset deeply
* Minimum 5 years in B2B enterprise environments, including 2–3 years working on on-premise hardware/software integrations
* Proven track record managing complex enterprise software deployments—RetailTech experience a strong plus
* MUST have worked in a start-up previously and understands the nuances of a scrappy, fast-paced, agile environment
* Exceptional communicator and collaborator, skilled in aligning multiple teams and stakeholders - especially Developers, Sales Engineers, Sales, Customer Success and AI Teams
* Experienced with project management tools like Notion, Jira, Linear, or Asana
* Hands-on user of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier) to automate workflows and optimize processes
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently driving projects forward, under pressure!
* You understand the demands of the start-up tech world and are comfortable going beyond the standard 9-to-5 to get the job done.
* Experience delivering AI/ML products in production environments
* Familiarity with infosec processes and customer security compliance, desirable
