Join Paradigm Housing Group’s Contact Centre, where you will play a key role in helping us deliver homes that our customers can rely on. We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals with a strong work ethic and a flexible approach to join our team. What You'll Do: * Handle a wide range of customer enquiries by phone and email, helping resolve housing and repairs-related issues. * Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to provide effective solutions. * Use your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver outstanding service.
