We're seeking a polished and intellectually sharp Managing Consultant to join a high-performing team focused on strategic and technology-driven transformation in the banking sector. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex programmes that reshape how banks operate, compete, and grow.
What You'll Be Doing: Deliver high-impact transformation projects across commercial and corporate banking.
Lead programme and project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
Apply deep industry knowledge to solve challenges in payments, mortgages, cards, and regulatory change.
Work with emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, APIs, Blockchain) to drive innovation.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.
What We're Looking For: 2-4+ years of consulting experience, ideally with a top-tier firm.
Strong academic background and a polished, client-facing presence.
Proven leadership in delivering complex programmes and managing senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of banking operations and regulatory frameworks.
