Are you a passionate Child Care Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong advocacy skills and Children Panel Accreditation?

You’ll be joining a committed and welcoming team that handles complex and sensitive children's law matters with care and precision.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Representing clients in public law children proceedings
* Managing your caseload with minimal supervision
* Attending court across Kent and occasionally the High Court in London
* Conducting meetings with social services and guardians
* Providing expert advice in all aspects of children's law
* Working independently and remotely when required
What we’re looking for:
* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Accredited on the Law Society’s Children Panel – essential
* Strong advocacy experience and confident working autonomously
* A proactive, organised and empathetic approach with excellent client care skills
