I am seeking a Registered Manager who can effectively liaise with outside agencies, Ofsted and Local Authorities. The main duties of the role will include:
* Lead a team of staff in the delivery of high-quality care and support to the children and young people living in the residential children’s home.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure that the needs of the children and young people are met, that they are kept safe and that their well-being is promoted.
* Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments, in consultation with the children and young people and other professionals.
