Beauty Consultant Birmingham - Full Time & Part Time Roles Available
Main Responsibilities
As an ambassador for our Maison, you embody and transmit Guerlain's values to your customers. Under the responsibility of the Account Manager and their Assistant Managers, you will ensure the development of your sales while guaranteeing the excellence of our customer service.
Customer service:
You put the relationship and the customer experience at the heart of all your actions and you commit to:
* Provide your customers with a unique experience by creating a sincere bond: a warm welcome, building trust, mutual discovery, embodying the "Guerlain promise".
* Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service: active listening to needs, adapted and personalized services and proposals (make-up, skincare, and perfume consultation), storytelling.
* Develop a regular clientele and expand local and international clientele using various tools: preparing and anticipating needs, clientelling, calling, and animations.
* Contribute to store customer satisfaction and propose action plans based on feedback.
Sales Development:
* Apply the Guerlain selling method.
* Ensure achievement and follow-up of individual and team objectives.
Team and Maison Commitment:
* Embody Guerlain's values.
* Foster team spirit.
* Participate in briefings and share insights.
* Contribute proactively to the store's operations respecting retail standards: checkout, merchandising, stock management, etc.
* Maintain grooming standards: uniform, makeup, hair, manicure.
