Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day classroom support for students with special educational needs
* Assist in creating and adapting resources to match individual learning styles
* Deliver structured interventions under teacher guidance to help students meet their targets
* Encourage student independence while offering consistent emotional and academic support
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and external professionals

What We're Looking For
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a school setting
* A positive, empathetic, and resilient attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
* Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
* Two professional references to confirm experience and suitability
