Aurora Linemere is opening its doors in Autumn 6, and we’re looking for an experienced Teacher to help make this vision a reality. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something truly transformative.
Aurora Linemere will be a nurturing, inclusive and ambitious school for children and young people aged 5– with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. With a capacity of students, our vision is to create a safe, enriching and aspirational environment where every learner can thrive.

Skills and Qualifications
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
Essential Qualifications
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Essential Experience
2. Experience working with pupils with SEND, ideally Autism.
3. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum up to GCSE level.
4. Skilled in planning, assessment, and classroom management.
5. Ability to remain calm and positive in a challenging environment.
Desirable
6. Postgraduate diploma in Autism or SEN specialism.
7. Experience in a special school setting.
