This is a senior, high-impact role suited to a performance marketer who combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution. The role owns acquisition performance across paid, organic, offline, and emerging channels, driving measurable growth in traffic, conversions, and revenue. Key Responsibilities Acquisition Strategy and Ownership Build and maintain a long-term acquisition roadmap across paid search and social, SEO, AEO, programmatic, affiliates, creator-led, offline, and emerging discovery platforms. Define audience segmentation strategies and growth hypotheses to improve efficiency and scale. Own channel mix decisions, budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance optimisation. Execution and Optimisation Lead day-to-day execution of acquisition campaigns across digital and offline channels.
