What we are looking for:
We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals with a minimum of 6 month’s experience in an Adult Health and Social Care Settings.
Knowledge and understanding of supporting service users with Complex care.
Caring and compassionate individuals who have a person-centred approach to care.
Location: Great Harwood
Shifts: 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am Monday to Sunday
Your day-to-day duties:
Maintain a safe environment through the utilisation of support plans and person-centred risk assessments.
Supporting service users with daily routines including personal care, dressing, preparation of meals and general upkeep of their living space
Motivate service users to access the local community and take part in activities that would have a positive impact on their life.
Support service users to understand the importance in working towards and/or developing independent skills.
Supporting service users physical and emotional wellbeing including, attending medical appointments, medication management, behaviour management strategies, maintaining contact and positive relationships with family members and friends.
To be able to commit to an assignment, to ensure structure and stability for our service users.

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience working in a Care role preferable.
Right to work in the UK
An up-to-date DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service – Should you need to apply for a new DBS we can support you with this.
Reference information covering the last 3 years of your work history.
An up-to-date CV with all employment accurately recorded since leaving full time education.
To be able to commit to an assignment, to ensure structure and stability for our service users.
