Global Solutions Associate
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Remuneration: £39.42 per hour
Responsibilities:
* Support the structuring of alphas and betas, conducting research on launch readiness. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to launch products and enhance adoption with some guidance. Identify macro themes, and assist in developing value propositions and sales prioritisation.
* Perform market analysis to inform product market strategy based on customer feedback.
* Create strategic opportunity documentation and capture long-term needs with minimal guidance.
* Research and recommend product prioritisation and roadmaps. Engage in product shaping and support cross-portfolio management.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in program management, project management, or operations within the tech or app development industry.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and track detailed progress.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Proficient in sales/partnership strategy and techniques.
* Strong knowledge in industry analysis and data-driven reporting.
* Experience in opportunity and pipeline management.
* Skilled in customer conversations and stakeholder management.
* Demonstrated situational leadership and consultative skills.
* Proficient in project and operations management strategy.
