Our client, is currently seeking an NEC Project Manager to join their team in Gloucestershire. This is an exciting contract opportunity to take the lead in managing various highways and infrastructure projects under a long-term professional services contract. Key Responsibilities: Lead NEC contract administration and project management processes, ensuring compliance with NEC4 requirements and best practice. Act as Project Manager under NEC contracts, issuing instructions, managing early warnings, and maintaining accurate records. Prioritise client satisfaction by building strong relationships with GCC, contractors, and fostering collaboration with colleagues for effective delivery. Manage resources effectively (including remote teams) to meet fluctuating workloads. Work with clients and design teams to deliver compliant designs on time, within budget, and in line with H&S, CDM, QA, and technical review requirements. Produce project control reports and maintain robust programme management. Agree commercial position on projects, including forecasting and cost control.
