About the Role
As a Female Care Worker in Birstall, you will support our female client with Challenging Behaviour needs .
This role involves:
* Assisting your client with her daily activities (personal care is not required).
* Providing support to her with cognitive rehabilitation.
* Encouraging independence for your client, while offering an appropriate level of assistance.
* Offering your client emotional reassurance and helping her manage challenges such as frustration, anxiety, or mood changes.
* Supporting community integration for her by facilitating social interaction and broader community engagement.
* Assisting her in the development and implementation of effective coping strategies.
Shift Details:
Day shift : 0930 am pm
18.00 pm am
Pay rate :£13.50 per hour
Sleeping night : 00.00am - 09:30am
Pay rate : £75.00 (fixed total for sleeping night)
What We're Looking For:
* Female Only
* Availability: Must be flexible

* Experience in Mental Health and Behaviours that challenge
* Experience of supporting clients with Brain injuries
* Drivers only - with access to a car
