A progressive and well-established firm of Chartered Accountants is seeking a talented Accounts Manager to join their Norwich office. You'll manage a varied portfolio of clients-including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies-while collaborating closely with senior colleagues and Partners. What We're Looking For
* ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years' experience in a senior accounts role within practice
* Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards
* Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
* Experience mentoring and reviewing junior staff
* Proactive, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently or in a team
* Familiarity with Sage, QuickBooks Online, Xero (CaseWare a bonus)
