We are offering a basic salary of £35,000 OTE £40,000 plus company benefits. We also offer a £1,000 sign on bonus in month 1 of employment and an additional £1,000 in month 13.
You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up‑selling additional products, and following up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out. You will act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
Previous experience within the role would be desirable, however experience working in a customer‑facing role is essential. You must also hold a full UK driving licence. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
