The Care and Compliance Manager will: Lead a Care Services Support Team to support rapid change and ensure high-quality care. Identify issues and implement solutions to promote resident safety. Coach home care teams to provide exceptional care and gain confidence from regulators. Provide support with operational challenges, including interim management and staffing models. Liaise with regulators and organise evidence to demonstrate best practice care. Conduct quality audits and develop action plans for sustained improvement. Monitor Service Improvement Plans and report non-compliance to the Director of Quality and Governance.
