We have a vacancy for a Catering Assistant at Masham C of E Primary School and Bedale High School for 13.75 hours per week, working between the hours of 11:15 and 14:00. This role would commence in September after the school summer break.
NYES Catering are proud to provide fresh, home cooked food to thousands of children across the North of England each day and you could contribute to our success.
You will support the cook with a range of duties, from preparing ingredients, setting up the dining hall, serving the lunches and cleaning down. The meals for this school are produced in another kitchen and transported in, which would be part of this job role.
Your role will require you to travel between the two school sites daily. Full driving license and use of a personal vehicle is required with business use insurance and a mileage allowance of 0.45p per mile will be paid. Full uniform will be provided including safety footwear.
This is a truly varied and rewarding role and all training and support will be provided to ensure you are fully confident in your role. This post requires an Enhanced DBS, the cost of which will be met by the Employer.
