Position: Passive Fire Project Coordinator * Type: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday) * Location: Enfield, Greater London ️ Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and schedule engineers' site work, ensuring optimal resource allocation and availability of required materials. * Respond promptly and professionally to engineers' job-related queries, providing intermediary technical support to ensure job completion to company and industry standards. * Manage site maintenance requirements, including arranging scaffolding, skips, and other necessary resources for smooth project execution. * Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand and fulfil requirements. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely preparation and submission of all necessary project and compliance-related documentation. * Handle escalations professionally, supporting team administrators in managing escalation points and calls. * Maintain accurate internal records and documentation of job progress. * Prepare progress reports for review by Project Managers and support quality assurance by reviewing peer work for accuracy. Essential: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities to meet deadlines. * Experience in a customer-facing role. * Experience in the construction industry or similar. Desirable: * Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in the Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) sector. * Previous experience in social housing. * 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (Grade C or above).
