Significant investment and growth is being made in the programme which is achieving great success in recent DRTV and digital campaigns, alongside detailed supporter journey planning. As Assistant Head of Legacy and In Memory Fundraising, you will be using your extensive expertise in all aspects of Legacy and In Memory fundraising and team management to drive key fundraising and stewardship activities. We are a growing, ambitious team with huge potential due to our well-known and respected charity brand. To be successful in this role you will have: Significant Legacy and In Memory fundraising experience with detailed knowledge of the marketplace Experience of successful strategic planning, management and implementation Extensive project, budget and supplier management skills Excellent leadership and people manager skills with proven experience of managing and building high-performing teams Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at a senior level Skills to think analytically and critically, find solutions and improve processes and procedures This is an exciting time to join The Salvation Army as we invest in all aspects of fundraising and marketing and move our database to MS Dynamics CRM.
