Accountant - Causeway Hotel (Bushmills) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accountant to join the team at the historic Causeway Hotel, located beside the world-famous Giants Causeway. This hands-on role offers the chance to take ownership of the hotels financial management and reporting, supporting the continued success of this iconic landmark destination. About the role: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE) 30 hours a week (with possibility of extending to full time hours) 5 days a week Permanent role What you'll be doing in this role: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts. Develop, monitor, and maintain annual budgets and forecasts. Maintain strong control over financial processes, cash flow, and cost management. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions. Perform detailed financial analysis to support informed business decisions. Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations. Provide financial insights and reports to operational teams to drive performance. Liaise regularly with the Finance and Operations Director on key financial matters. What you'll need for this role: Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Experience in the hotel or wider hospitality industry is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of financial controls and reporting requirements.
