The Role: Working 1:1 with a student with complex SEND needs. Supporting both academic progress and emotional wellbeing. Implementing behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques when required. Collaborating closely with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to ensure consistent support and progress. Providing a calm, positive, and structured environment to promote learning.
