What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or adults with physical disabilities (care backgrounds welcomed)
* Strong sense of empathy, resilience, and a commitment to inclusive education
* A genuine desire to help every child thrive
* A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs and learning styles
