About The King's Trust
We are focused on supporting young people facing significant barriers to employment, education or training. Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do. Our Education Mentors support groups of young people on the Mosaic Programme, helping them develop confidence, skills and future employability.
What The Role Involves
You will work with groups of young people participating in the Mosaic programme, delivering sessions that build socio‑emotional and employability skills. You will receive training, planning meetings, welcome sessions, mentor‑led sessions, a celebration event, and a review. Optional world‑of‑work visits may occur. Sessions are predominantly face‑to‑face, lasting 40–90 minutes.
