We are seeking an analytical and results-driven Performance Client Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day client leadership and for planning our flagship client’s digital marketing campaigns to drive ecommerce performance through search, social, and programmatic display. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Process and Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies and budget pacing across various channels, including PPC, social media, and display advertising.
2. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the point of contact for the client across the account, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Work closely with the client lead to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide performance planning insights.
3. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using channel platforms and data stitched into BI dashboards. Provide clients with regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize cross-channel campaign performance with the team.
4. Collaboration and Coordination: Support the client lead with performance business reviews and media planning processes. Work closely with internal activation teams to ensure campaigns are executed with best practices and guidelines. Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
5. Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints. Ensure all financial reconciliations are completed on time and accurately.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in digital marketing, account management, or channel-specific roles.
* Strong proficiency in Excel.
* Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Skills in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or Adobe.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.
